What COVID-19 precautions do you have in place?
I take the safety of my clients to be the utmost priority for every shoot. If you prefer that I wear a face mask during our shoot, please let me know and I am more than happy to accommodate. I can also do a rapid test if you prefer as well.
What if someone in my party is sick on the day of the session?
I offer free rescheduling at any point in time, especially for COVID-19 concerns. If at any point before, during, or after the shoot, you or someone in your party is feeling unwell, please inform me immediately and we will stop and reschedule the shoot. No need to risk anyone’s safety for a photo session.
What happens if it rains on the day of the photo session?
If it happens to rain, we will find another day to do the photoshoot, typically the day before or after while you still have the gown rental (but we can always reschedule to a later date as well) with no additional charge for rescheduling. No need to stress about a rainy photoshoot, that would not be fun.
How do I book the gowns?
You can contact the University Bookstore or Gaspard.ca to book gowns for the photoshoot. Be sure to book them as soon as possible as they are in limited supply and often are sold out during peak, grad shoot season. Links to both are highlighted above.
What if we need to reschedule?
Simply send me an email as soon as you realize you would like to reschedule and I will do my best to find a suitable replacement date to accommodate.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes! Just please also bring an extra person to look after the dog throughout the photoshoot to ensure we keep a good flow of time during the shoot without too many distractions.
